Joe Fuga

Joe is a licensed real estate broker and accomplished real estate investor with over a decade of experience working in the real estate industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwood University in management and marketing. Joe was also a graduate from the small business administration emerging leaders USA program.
Joe has overseen the analyzing and purchasing of over a thousand single family homes throughout Metro Detroit to be renovated, tenants placed and sold to investors looking to enter the real estate market or grow their portfolios. During this process he has worked to establish a full-service property management company for investors which has grown to manage over 900 units for over 300 investors from around the World. Joe is the driving force of the acquisitions for Rondo and their investors which has grown to add several multifamily properties as well as operations in three States including Michigan, Ohio and Florida.
